Starting A New Morning Routine
I am always moving and on the go.
I exercise in spurts throughout the day.
Sometimes I'll exercise for 10 minutes, sometimes 5 minutes multiple times spread out.
I prefer 30-45 minute workouts.
I am readjusting so that I can get back more consistent.
I am going to gradually climb back to my target activity level.
5 Minute Wake Up Cardio
2 x 30 Second Pushups
2 x 30 Second Sit Ups
2 x 30 Second Bicycle Crunches
2 x 30 Second Squats
2 x 30 Second Jumping Jacks
