It’s not about doing something once it’s about longevity. Can you produce results over and over and over again? When the hype around your movements settles down, do you know how to recreate your buzz? Do you know how to reinvent yourself?

A lot of times people get comfortable in their first peak, failing to realize that life is full of peaks and valleys. What goes up must come down. How you handle the lows determines how high you will go.
When I first started my businesses, very few friends saw and understood the vision. Not even my family knew what was really going on. My mom was against anything non traditional. My dad always believed in me as a person but even he didn’t know what the vision was.

Everyone thought I was just a “personal trainer”

If you look at my videos on YouTube from 2016-2018, you’ll notice I rarely got any views. The same 3-4 people were watching everything. Those same 3-4 people are on my team till this day. In fact they are some of my biggest supporters and business partners.
You have to stay consistent in life. If you quit after a week you won’t make it far. If you quit after a month you won’t make it far. If you quit after a year you won’t make it far.

Being successful requires a lifetime of relentless commitment. My slogan for Family Dreams Fitness is “Free Your Mind”.
When I was baker acted in 2016, I had to spend a week in a behavioral hospital. At this time I hit rock bottom mentally. However I still had FDF. I still had my clients. During that week in the behavioral hospital I focused on my slogan “Free Your Mind”. My mind was cloudy and trapped with unrealized trauma. It’s ironic because the words I chose for my business ended up being the words I needed for my survival.

In order to progress in life you must connect the dots. In some way, shape or form, everything is connected. If you never stop pushing forward life will begin to click.

At first your blessings will feel random but the more consistent you are the more you will realize that success is a direct effect of the relentless work. God will continue to bless you if you continue to fight through the valleys of life. If you can consistently adjust to the curveballs life throws at you then success will chase you rather than the other way around.

You will get random blessings left and right.

The biggest factor in my motivation for others is my consistency. The world never sees me quit. If there is one thing you can count on, it would be me not giving up. Even if a lot of my actions seem repetitive that’s ok. Repetition is necessary. You never know who is watching you push forward. Consistency breeds a circle of motivation that only stops when you do. Your consistency will motivate others to be consistent which in term will motivate you to keep it up because of the impact it has on others.

Stay consistent in your effort until it’s becomes automatic. Once your work ethic gets into autopilot mode, you will inspire others by simply focusing on you and your work.

Motivation comes more from consistent effort than just results. More people will be motivated seeing you try over and over versus seeing you actually “succeed”. Success is just icing on the cake…
